about 3yrs I've had this plugged duct i need help

For about three years I've a plugged milk duct in my right armpit.

the ministry of children and family development took my kids I've got four boys. the two younger ones were taken out of the hospital. I was totally heartbroken.

So now i can't get rid of my plugged duct. do I need my youngest to unplug my duct? I've even tried a hand pump.I don't know if i have anymore milk in my breasts, cause it's been 7 months since I've breastfed. What do I do?
