Bottle fed infant stool

My 4 month old baby always poops every time he eats, He is bottled fed.
Is there anything wrong with him?

Hi there,

It is completely normal. Some babies (even formula fed ones)do poop after every feeding

Frequent pooping (up to five or more per day) can continue even after a year of age.

If your baby's stools are consistent and baby seems happy, then you don't need to worry.

Sometimes a baby that has often bowel movements may suffer from diaper rash, but this is easily taken care of with just a little diaper cream or Vaseline (petroleum jelly).
