see your doctor

Is baby having any weird side effects like drowsiness, fussiness, change in appetite, change in bowel movements?

Tranexamic acid is excreted into human milk and the manufacturer recommends that caution be used when using it while nursing. The same for ethamsylate.

I recommend that you see your doctor about it, especially if baby is showing weird side effects.

Hope this helps.
