Exclusivly breast feeding! No suplements no suthers, no bottles or food

Hi, i have a 4 month old girl. I just started my period 3 days ago and again shes only on the boob i sooth her with it and feed her every 2.5 hours and even at night shes on the breast ?!? Is this normal to start my period

Hi, yes it is normal. Every woman's body is different. Some ladies start their periods anywhere from a month after giving birth, even if they are exclusively breastfeeding.

I started my period a few weeks after giving birth and then it went away again, this might be the case with you too. When you are breastfeeding...your period can come and go as it pleases!

I breastfed my son for 17 months, and also had my periods like usual until I got the Mirena. Now with my twincesses who are 14 months, I still get regular periods. I felt sure with TWO babies being exclusively breastfed for 6 months I wouldn't get it, but I still did. So it seems it happens to some women...
