migraine headaches and fenugreek
by: Tracy

Fenugreek has been used traditionally to treat migraines/headaches.

But, if you are taking high doses of Fenugreek and are prone to headaches, it has been found to have the opposite affect. So, best thing to do, is to decrease the amount of Fenugreek taken.

There are other herbs that can increase milk supply to such as: Fennel, anise, blessed thistle, Alfalfa. You can combine these with Fenugreek seeds. Mix equal amounts of these ingredients and put 2 heaped table spoons of the mixture in 1L of water, boil for 5 minutes and strain. Drink hot with raw honey and lemon juice. You can drink up to 4 cups daily.

Hope this helps
