i exclusively breastfeed but got periods

i am only breast feeding and very often, so am getting periods every month sometimes earlier does that mean am not actually producing enough milk then?

HI shazzna

No, it does not mean that you have a low milk supply. Not all moms experience lactational amenorrhea, some only for a few weeks, months, others for a few years.

Don't worry, you are producing enough milk if your baby is happy and is picking up weight.
