issues with my chain of command and pumping at work

OK so I'm active duty in the army and a correctional officer for the army.

I'm just a pfc so I don't carry much authority. I told my nco before I had my son that I will be breast feeding so I need a place to pump at when I get off of leave.

I was told that I would have to pump in my car and that they are not sure they can accommodate giving me so many breaks to pump as they have to send a replacement guard while I'm gone.

How do I talk to him to get him to understand that my car is vary public as min prisoners do yard work near the parking lot, and that if I don't pump every 2 hours for 20 minutes my supply will drop. can anyone help???
