Peppermint is known to decrease supply, but as soon as it is out of your system, your milk supply should increase to normal again.

Is Jasmine tea safe to drink? Also is tea made from fresh mint leaves okay? Thanks!

Herbs

Every human is different, and reacts differently to food, herbs, and medications.

It is hard to put a blanket statement when reactions are varied, but some women have reported a decrease in supply when Mint is consumed in large quantities.

A cup or two of tea a day should not make a difference, but consuming large quantities may. Have a cup or two and watch your baby. Does s/he show any signs of change? If yes, stop drinking it and your supply should quickly return. If not, enjoy your tea! :)
