Yes, this is a common occurrence, its called raynauds syndrome.

There are things you can do to make it easier...

Raynauds phenomenon

I have a friend (Elsabe) that also suffered from this, I have asked her to also comment on here and give her personal advice.

Hope this helps

What's helped me
by: Elsabe

Raynaud's is no fun. My nipples will literally turn white, then blue and then red.

What's helping me with it is to keep my breasts warm at all times. As soon as my Twincesses unlatch, I cover up and also right after a shower. Cold air makes the pain worse.

This winter I've also started taking a B6, Calcium and Magnesium supplement and I have to say it's going better. The pain is not as intense every single day anymore, in fact most days now I don't have pain!

And you could try rubbing some pure virgin olive oil into your nipples after a warm shower/bath for a day or two, that seemed to help me too.

Good luck, I hope this will help you too!
