Plugged milk ducts with exclusive pumping!!

My son is 7 months old now and is a total breastfed baby. Until he was 3 months old, I was home and breast feeding him. But when I joined work starting his 4th month, he got expressed breast milk in bottle and slowly started declining breast.

I do not get enough chances to directly feed him, given am a working mom and the chances I get often go waste since my son has now totally refused to take the breast no matter how hungry he is.

I have been plagued with blocked milk ducts since I started working. I can see white dots of blockage on my nipples and they plug the milk ducts and prevent the breasts from being completely drained. The milk backs up in the breast making it a nightmare.

I am so exhausted with full day of work and then taking care of the baby and then struggling to offer him breasts and finally wasting time with warm-compressing the breast and trying to loosen the plugs. Somebody having similar issues or how did you resolve all the problems? I wonder how people exclusively breastpump with no issues!!
