I'm exclusively pumping at the moment as my twin boys were born at 36 weeks and lack the muscle tone and endurance to nurse. However, my body is not fooled by the pump and I am unable to empty either breast, regardless of how long or frequently I pump.
This is making my babies gassy, fussy, and gives them explosive poops. I've tried massaging before and during pumping, changing positions etc...
Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong or another tip to empty my breasts. I'm very dedicated to giving my tiny 4 pound boys any advantage possible.. please help:-),
This question is actually regarding my daughter since she doesn't have highspeed internet. She has 4 month old twins. They've been sleeping through the night for 6 weeks. For a couple of weeks she pumped during the night to reduce the engorging, but she still wakes up every morning painfully engorged one month later. Any advice?
