Fenugreek worked wonders for me.

Before I started using the Fenugreek, I was pumping about 3 oz as a combination from both breasts. By the first three days of taking Fenugreek, I was pumping between 9 and 12 oz of milk. I was amazed that it worked so quickly and I had absolutely no side effects. I was able to freeze milk for future use. I think it is a great product to use.

The Fenugreek supplement has not kicked in yet. Is there something else I need to do?

using fenugreek
by: Tracy

Hi!

Are you using the fenugreek supplements or are you using the seeds?

In my experience, the seeds work much better than the supplements, which didn't make a difference for me at all.

I now use a tea that works wonders for my milk supply, if you would like to try it...

Equal parts of:
- Fenugreek seeds
- Fennel seeds
- Alfalfa leaf
- Anise seeds
- Blessed thistle

Put about two large tablespoons of this mixture into a pot with 2L water and bring to a boil. Boil for about 5 minutes and then strain.

Drink it hot with lemon juice and honey...YUM

Let me know if this works for you, it helped me a whole lot, especially if I drank it in the evenings. You can have up to three cups a day...and its good for digestion and flatulence too.

fenugreek seeds

by Suzie Dsouza
(lake, fl,usa)

Fenugreek has a long history of use for the treatment of reproductive disorders, to induce labor, to treat hormonal disorders, to help with breast enlargement, and to reduce menstrual pain. Recent studies have shown that Fenugreek helps lower blood glucose and cholesterol levels, and may be an effective treatment for both type 1 and two diabetes. It is also being studied for its cardiovascular benefits.
